HOLIDAY AND SPECIAL EVENT RATES MAY APPLY $75 PER NIGHT

*Memorial Day Weekend, 4th of July, Labor Day Weekend, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. Special events may include Pig on the Ridge, The Big Grab, and headline concerts and events drawing people from around the country. We will always let you know what your rate is when you reserve your site.

LONG TERM WEEKLY RATES

We offer anyone wishing to stay longer our long term weekly contract that offers you significant discount for paying for 4 weeks in advance on the 1st of each month. We will even gift you the last few days each month from 29th - 31st for free. You just pay your electric.

Electricity is extra and you will provide a $200 deposit at time of your longer term contract and be provided with a bill approximately every 4 weeks for your usage. Historically the highest electric bills for anyone are during the summer months here in central South Carolina. ​

PLEASE NOTE: All payments are due by the 1st of each month unless you are being prorated for the period of time staying with us to get you onto our reduced payment schedule. 

 

WE ACCEPT CASH & CHECKS ONLY

Including Money Orders & Bank Issued Cashiers Checks.

For all stays less than 1 week we accept CASH ONLY.

Please let us know if you need a receipt. 

 

NOTE:

Personal Check privileges will be revoked after the first non-sufficient funds event & be required to pay with past due amount plus all fees with cash, money order, or bank issued cashiers check. 

*Non-sufficient fund events will have a $25 check bounce fee added on to your bill along with your corresponding late fee. 

 

We are old school. We have never taken credit cards and tacked on those extra fees to you.
